Why do we charge shipping?
We charge shipping fees so that we can keep our prices low for our customers.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is just $10.99 per transaction within the Continental US. An additional shipping charge will be applied to the total order when shipped to Alaska or Hawaii (applied at checkout).
When will my order arrive?
Please allow the following days for estimated delivery:
- 1 – 3 business days for delivery in Florida
- 3 – 6 business days for delivery within Continental U.S.
- 8 – 12 business days for delivery to Alaska & Hawaii
What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to any bealls location. See our Return Policy page for more details.
When will my order get processed?
Orders begin processing immediately after credit card processing & authorization. Click here to track your order.
What if part of my order is not available?
After you have placed your order, if for some reason an item is not available to ship, the item will be cancelled from your order. We will attempt to notify you via email that an item has been cancelled from your order. **You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.**
What is my order status?
Your order status is available online anytime. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive order update emails from us as your order is processed.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost. When your items are shipped, we will use the more appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
International Shipping
At this time bealls does not offer international shipping. Note: We currently accept credit cards issued only by U.S. based financial institutions with U.S. billing addresses.
